It's the therapeutic tug of the trails, that keeps me coming back; seeking peace, harmony and balance in my life; physically, emotionally and spiritually.

 

My relationship with the outdoors is a respectful one. I know its great value and worth and I do what's needed, to maintain integrity with it.
